Anthropologie & Co. Refresh Yourself

Every time I step foot in an Anthropologie, I felt as if I'm transported to a magical place!  Soaking up the inspiring displays, gorgeous clothes, unmatched home decor and distinct smell of candles, I instantly wish I lived there and never had to leave.  I think every girl would agree they felt the same way.  For this reason, we felt like we had died and gone to heaven when we were able to partner with Anthropologie & Co. in Walnut Creek for our "Refresh Yourself" spring pop up party!

We were first inspired for this party when we spent a little time in Anthro browsing the store and "playing house" with all the amazing home products.  This living room setting was the perfect combination of modern fresh and retro chic.  I mean, those yellow velvet chairs!  And that brass table! And that beautiful wall paper! Could a room get any cooler?! This was definitely the spot for us.  We had the best time picking out the perfect plates, glasses, napkins, and centerpieces to complement the space and make it picture perfect for our party.

Eight lucky Instagram winners were invited to be our guests at Anthropologie & Co.  We loved meeting and mingling with the ladies when they arrived, and instantly knew it would be an amazing night!

Before dinner, one of the fabulous personal stylists, Roz, took our lovely guests on a tour around the store.  She talked about all the hottest spring trends in fashion, beauty, and home, and gave the ladies some fun styling tips and inspiration to Refresh their look.

After that it was time to Refresh our palettes! Our menu for the evening was inspired by all things citrus.  We each had some favorite recipes and came up with a seriously delicious meal.  We obviously had to have a Lemonade Bar (because they're just so cute) and served Brazilian Limeade and Fresh Lemonade with Oranges.  For our appetizer, we served Orange Caprese Salad.  It is SO good, you must try it!  Our main course is one of my personal favorite recipes, Lemon Fusilli Pasta with Arugula.  My sister first made it for me when I lived in Santa Barbara and it's been a regular around my house ever since!  This is the perfect dish to make when entertaining because everyone loves it. You should probably make it, like, now. ;) We finished up the dinner by serving individual Key Lime Cheesecakes with fresh whipped cream.  This is the yummiest light and refreshing treat, and was the perfect way to end the meal.

Of course, we couldn't let our guests leave empty-handed!  Lemon drops and the most amazing Lemon Essential Oil Towelettes from Anthro's beauty bar were just the thing to send the ladies off feeling Refreshed and ready for Spring!

Special thanks to the incredible ladies at Anthropologie & Co. in Walnut Creek for making this unforgettable night possible, and to our amazing photographer Nathalie Cheng for working her magic behind the camera!
